Non-Refundable Items:

We do not offer refunds for products that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging, unless the item was defective on arrival.

How to Request a Refund:

Refund Process:

Once we review your request, we will notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Exchange Option:

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
