At EcoDip, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our eco-friendly water bottles, tiffin boxes, and mugs. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Only (No Refunds)
We do not offer refunds. However, eligible products may be returned for store credit or an exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The return request must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Customized or personalized items.
Items marked as “final sale.”
How to Initiate a Return?
Contact Us: Email hey@ecodip.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:
Your order number.
Product details and reason for return.
Approval: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Ship the Item: Send the product to our warehouse (address provided upon approval). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Processing Time
Allow 5–7 business days for us to receive and inspect your return.
Store credit or exchange confirmation will be emailed once processed.
Exceptions
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items shipped by EcoDip. Contact us immediately, and we’ll cover return shipping costs.
